Return & Exchange Policy

At Mark Jillion, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand behind all products purchased through our website. If you receive a product that does not meet the specifications of your order, such as:

  • Wrong Size
  • Wrong Color
  • Wrong Quantity
  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Significantly different from the description provided by Mark Jillion

You are fully protected by our 14-day return, exchange, and cancellation policy for such items. Please note that returns are not applicable for innerwear and masks.

We will be unable to accept returns if the product:

  • Has been used, worn, or altered
  • Exhibits physical damage to the box or product
  • Is returned without original packaging and accessories
  • Has a tampered serial number

Refund Process:

For prepaid returns, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account within 3-5 working days after the product passes our quality check process upon receipt at our warehouse. However, for Cash on Delivery (COD) returns, refunds may take up to 7-10 days as they are processed via cheque, NEFT, or bank transfer.

If you receive a damaged product, an empty parcel, or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
